Ability to examine complex problems develop effective solutions and gain buy-in from stakeholder and teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations along with driving resolution when there is conflict Adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity. Experience managing other project managers or members of a team Solid knowledge of technology and the ability to engage with technical teams.
