About the Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products.
- Assist customers in finding merchandise, answering questions about products, and providing information on store policies and procedures.
- Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and efficient operations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash, operate a cash register, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store.
- Familiarity with basic math concepts and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
