This involves assisting in strategic planning and execution, performing deep-dive business analysis to identify growth opportunities, business goal alignment and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and excellent communication and research skills. Responsibilities : Strategic Planning : Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives that align with the organization's overall business objectives. Assist conducting comprehensive ongoing business analysis to identify opportunities for quick wins and AI infusion, to inform investment decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Coordination : Work with various teams including IT, data science, and business units to support implementation of AI strategies. Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with broader business goals. AI Advocacy : Advocate for the use of AI within the organization, educating stakeholders on the benefits and practical applications of AI technologies. Market Research & Innovation : Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI, providing recommendations on how these could be leveraged for strategic advantage. Ethics and Compliance : Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI and data, adhering to data privacy regulations and best practices. Support core team on key strategic priorities.
