What You'll Do on a Typical Day Ensure that the software's functionalities are well understood by the customers Carry out the configurations and technical integrations according to the customers' needs Accompany the customer during the first days of use Understand and define the customer's needs Support the different teams involved in the project Provide technical expertise on the projects Ensure a technological watch on his / her field of competence What We're Looking For Proven technical skills Knowledge of the company's internal processes Knowledge of customer relationship management Knowledge of the business travel and / or expense report industry is a plus English : fluent (multicultural and international team). The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
