What You'll Do : Lead with Impact : Take ownership of complex Cloud Transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. Foster Communication : Enable effective and regular communication between Oracle and customer stakeholders ensuring clarity and alignment. Strategic Planning : Work with executive level customer stakeholders to develop Cloud solution adoption strategies and plans that enable rapid, low cost deployment across customer enterprises and deliver successful outcomes. Executive Engagement : Create and present executive-level status reports and dashboards, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. Proactive Problem-Solving : Anticipate potential issues and proactively address solution-level challenges with internal teams and customers. Handle Escalations : Serve as a key senior-level contact for internal and customer escalations. Customer Consulting : Provide ongoing guidance and expert feedback on solution design, implementation, enablement, and deployment. Seamless Transition : Partner with Support and Customer Success teams to enable smooth transitions from project delivery to ongoing operations.
