Essential Job Functions : Develop Documentation : Write, edit, and maintain user guides, API references, FAQs, and online help content that simplify complex technical information Create and / or standardize architectural diagrams and process flows Collaborate across teams and partner with engineers, product managers and customer-facing teams to gather insights, clarify requirements, and produce materials tailored to user needs. Triage user feedback and take action to prioritize feedback. Manage all aspects of the documentation process (planning, testing, maintaining, and delivery). Create Engaging Content using visuals, examples, and clear language to help users quickly understand workflows, features, and functionality. Ensure Accessibility by Structuring content for diverse audiences, including developers, researchers, and business users. Continuously update documentation to reflect product changes, new features, and user feedback. Drive Standards and develop style guides and best practices to ensure consistency across all documentation. Use metrics to identify underperforming content and develop plans for improvement.
