Job Description
We are expanding our workforce across local retail stores and actively recruiting a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and overseeing repair within the Walmart facilities Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and various tools.
- Utilize the work order management system to receive repair Work Orders and document activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
- Complete required training to operate equipment and tools safely and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
- Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
- Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling.
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
