This is a Teller position working 40 hours a week in the Bear Lake Valley, Garden City, or Randolph locations. The role involves assisting community members in building a better financial future and becoming a banking expert to guide clients towards products and services that improve their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process debit and credit transactions accurately, maintaining an acceptable balancing record
- Identify and address client needs by providing various services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, and performing account maintenance
- Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
- Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs
