Job Title: Full Time Site Supervisor
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Security Supervisor team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training security officers and assisting with payroll and personnel information.
Responsibilities:
- Train security officers and other company personnel
- Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information
- Evaluate performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Address complaints and resolve problems
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer/technology skills needed
- Reliable, accountable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
