**Yard Supervisor Position at Aerotek in Rathdrum, Idaho**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Yard Foreman to join our team at Aerotek's Rathdrum, ID location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead material handlers in the truss and production framing yard.
- Stack, band, and load trusses and framing packages onto trucks.
- Operate large sit-down forklifts to load construction trucks.
- Evaluate processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Leadership and management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Prior experience working at a truss yard is preferred but not required.
