Job Description
The Associate Campus Director drives student success at Idaho State University's Twin Falls campus and ISU outreach locations in the Magic Valley by leading efforts in student affairs, academic advising, recruitment, and retention.
This role fosters strong collaborations with the ISU Director of Twin Falls, university departments, and community partners, ensuring ISU effectively serves the educational needs of the Magic Valley in partnership with the College of Southern Idaho (CSI).
Key Responsibilities
- Student Success: Foster a student-centered environment that supports student and community educational and career goals.
- Facilitate Access: Provide comprehensive advising and support to ISU students on the Twin Falls campus and throughout the Magic Valley.
- Drive Enrollment: Establish and maintain recruitment, retention, and promotional activities for ISU at the Twin Falls campus and throughout the Magic Valley.
- Build Partnerships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with ISU personnel in the colleges, departments, and student affairs areas; act as a liaison between CSI and ISU for enrollment management, student services, academic advising and other offices and departments as directed by the ISU Twin Falls Campus Director.
- Marketing and Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders and promote ISU programs in the Magic Valley.
- The ability to work a regular schedule consistent with the needs of the university is an essential function of this position.
- All other Reasonable Duties as Assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree required in Education, Counseling, Higher Education or related fields.
- At least three (3) years of experience working in Higher Education Student Services or Student Affairs.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with diverse populations.
- Proven ability to adapt to a variety of responsibilities within a multi-functional organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least (5) years of demonstrated success working in Higher Education Student Services, or Student Affairs.

Salary will be between $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
