Idaho Tents & Events (ITE) is excited to welcome new team members to our Will Call department! As a Will Call Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience when picking up their rental equipment for events ranging from large weddings to intimate dinner parties. At ITE, we pride ourselves on our dedicated team and the exceptional service we provide. We are looking for self-motivated, friendly individuals who are eager to contribute to creating memorable events for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer pickup and return of rental reservation orders at the warehouse.
- Prepare and organize orders for the following day.
- Assist in loading delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills for processing orders.
- Ability to lift, carry, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
- Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to interact socially and professionally with customers and team members.
