Job Overview:
This role will work closely with the bid estimator/project manager to support multiple traffic safety projects. This role involves tracking project timelines, managing materials, assisting with billing and follow-ups with contractors, and coordinating the procurement of supplies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing several tasks at once in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist the Estimator Manager in tracking project progress, materials, timelines, and schedules.
- Billing and Follow-ups: Help with invoicing, billing tasks, and ensuring timely follow-ups with contractors and suppliers.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between co-workers, contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Material Ordering: Assist in ordering supplies and materials required for traffic safety projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain organized records of materials, project budgets, and project-related communications.
- Scheduling: Support the scheduling of team meetings, site visits, and project deadlines to keep everything on track.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
