Heavy Machinery Restoration Mechanic

Summary Objective:
This position specializes in performing an Operational test, tear down, fabrication, diagnostics, and installations of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical components, including but not limited to general repair.
Essential Functions:

- Perform diagnostics on electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Installation upfit of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
- Perform general repairs.
- Welding.
- Perform quality control checks on all completed jobs.
- Must have own tools (A list will be provided). Reasonable accommodation may be considered.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment:
This position works in a climate-controlled shop setting. Proper PPE will be provided and must be worn at all times.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a half hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Preferred Education and Experience:
5 years’ experience as a service technician
