Executive Director
Role Overview:
- Leads IYSA, driving strategic initiatives and overall organizational success.
- Ensures optimal performance and value delivery to members.
- Acts as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth and development.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across all departments.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with members, partners, and sponsors.
- Representation: Act as the public face of IYSA at events and in the many member forums.
Key Points of Collaboration:
- Works closely with all directors and part-time staff to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
- Collaborates with the Board of Directors for governance and strategic direction.
- Engages with external organizations for partnerships and opportunities.

Salary & Benefits:
Base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. Exceptional medical benefits are also included with the position.
