2nd shift - Electric Pallet Jack Operator

This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment safely and effectively. Duties

• Operate an electric pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and management.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency within the warehouse.
• Assist in inventory management using warehouse management systems.

Experience

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or clamp trucks is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Understanding of OSHA standards related to warehouse safety practices.
• Experience with RF scanners or similar technology is advantageous.

2 PM to 10:30 PM

Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
