Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials and products efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Duties

• Operate forklifts, to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Perform order picking and ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and management.
• Assist in materials handling tasks, including organizing stock and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and materials handling techniques.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse machinery safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

5 AM to 1:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
