Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse. This role is critical in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
- Perform order picking tasks using RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment for e-commerce operations.
- Package products securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials using various types of equipment, including order pickers.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
