We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to join our team. Duties
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across various stock locations.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with inventory policies.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory flow and minimize excess stock.
- Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast inventory needs based on production planning and sales trends.
- Research data collection methods to gather relevant information for inventory analysis.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in inventory management practices.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to manage inbound and outbound shipments effectively.
- Assist in the development of materials requirement planning (MRP) strategies to align inventory with production schedules.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis related to stock management.
- Experience in supply chain management, including production planning and process improvement.

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
