Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock management tasks including receiving, storing, and organizing products within the warehouse.
• Utilize order picking techniques to accurately select items for customer orders.
• Operate warehouse management systems and equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners for inventory control.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required, safely handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Assist in training new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment usage.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems such as AS400 is advantageous.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Capability of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping processes is beneficial.

7am to 3:30 pm

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
