Responsibilities
Repair and maintain buildings, grounds, production equipment and facility systems. Responsible for achieving optimum efficiency and safety in all equipment related to operations.
- Make repairs on equipment, machinery, buildings, and grounds in a timely manner.
- Perform PLC programming on machines.
- Perform basic and intermediate electrical repairs.
- Perform basic, intermediate and advanced mechanical repairs and adjustments while minimizing equipment and facility downtime.
- Lead maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Process maintenance work orders and maintain required maintenance logs and files.
- Control and maintain an inventory of parts, supplies, tools and tooling.
- Assist production team with troubleshooting, machine set up, and training.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and facility improvements. Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of five (5) years maintenance or related experience.
- Electrical, welding and PLC experience.
- Strong communication skills.
