· Proven experience working with value stream mapping, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and data analysis.
· Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles or certifications (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or other value stream management tools.
· Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies for process improvement.
· Ability to interpret data and identify key insights to drive decision-making.
· Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
