· 8 years of Organizational Change Management experience
· Previous experience with IT implementation projects
· Strong communication (written and oral), documentation skills and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast, paced environment and perform duties without immediate supervision.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and motivate teams and stakeholders to embrace change
