This is a part-time, on-site position.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Web Production Designer will support the Lead Visual Designer in implementing designs across web platforms. Working closely with the Lead Visual Designer and Senior Strategists, you'll build web assets and maintain websites using WordPress and Elementor. The ideal candidate is passionate about web development, spends free time learning new technologies, and delivers high-quality work. You thrive working both independently and collaboratively, take initiative while following direction, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. You prioritize customer goals, stay current with web technologies, and bring a dependable work ethic with strong attention to detail. With excellent time management and communication skills, you consistently meet deadlines and are committed to continuous growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Lead Visual Designer and Senior Strategists to provide web production support in WordPress, Elementor, and other site builders
- Build and produce web landing pages, emails, banners, and online marketing campaigns
- Translate UI designs into functioning web experiences from concept through testing and launch
- Implement promotions, pages, and site edits from design files
- Develop pages and functionality within the WordPress/Elementor environment
- Address development and web tickets as prioritized
- Troubleshoot web browser issues
- Design websites, advertisements, and marketing pieces for diverse clients
- Perform site edits while continuing to develop web skills
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS
Qualifications:
- 1 years of WordPress production, web graphics production, and graphic design experience
- 1 years designing interfaces for mobile and desktop
- Experience with Photoshop for creating high-fidelity graphic assets
- Experience building and maintaining WordPress websites with various plugins
- Proficiency in building web pages with Elementor
- Knowledge of web graphics compression and page optimization
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Basic HTML and CSS skills
- SEM management experience
- Experience with GA4 and Search Engine Optimization
- Compliance certifications related to healthcare and banking
- Experience working with social pixels
- Knowledge of additional web platforms such as XML and/or Joomla
- Experience working with Canva

Estimated Hours: 10-15 per week
Estimated Pay Range: $19 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
