You will be responsible for leading the development of strategic initiatives across a variety of clients. You will work closely with creative (design copywriting strategy), media, social, and PR teams to craft compelling strategies that engage consumers, deepen brand stories, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning process for client accounts, including consumer and market research, audience understanding and segmentation, creative concepting, and messaging strategy.
- Assist in developing strategic pitches for new business opportunities, demonstrating the agency’s strategic capabilities and creative thinking.
- Mentor future copywriters, along with helping shape growth paths and job descriptions of the respective team.
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and media, to ensure that strategies are effectively translated into actionable and measurable marketing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in media, advertising, and related fields to continuously improve and evolve agency strategies.
- Serve as a touchpoint with clients, presenting recommendations and adjustments to strategies and concepts.
- Mentor and guide junior strategists and planners, fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
