We Are Hiring: Full-Time bilingual English Chinese Customer Service Representative

We specialize in providing high-quality, customizable promotional gifts to businesses across the U.S. With a strong commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we strive to help our clients enhance their brand visibility through premium promotional products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English speaking; responsible for answering phone calls and responding to customer emails regarding order inquiries. Able to handle customer inquiries and feedback quickly and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer complaints.
Job Requirements:
- Must have legal work authorization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
Work Location:
City of Industry, CA
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $19 - $21 (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
