Job Description
- Collaborate with HRBPs and managers on updates to job descriptions. Keying updates into the job description repository, JDXpert including updating other fields on the job code (EEO-1, AAP Goals, etc.).
- Market price new or changing roles and obtaining review by the comp team
- Create new job codes in JDXpert and ensure that the jobs have flowed to the Recruiting Management module and ADP
- Assist with market survey submissions
- Prepare basic audits on fields in ADP or JDXpert (people leaders with no directs, individual contributors with direct reports, standard hours missing on employee profile, etc.)
- Review jobs for activity and inactivate in JDXpert. Ensure that Recruiting Management and ADP are updated.
- Incentive Plan acknowledgement administration
- Severance Plan acknowledgement administration (ensuring agreements are signed and that outplacement firm has updated lists)
- Validating invoices, coding with GL and cost center, and sending to A/P for processing
- Preparing the bi-weekly payroll pay data grid with incentives and validating that incentives have processed correctly in ADP with oversight from the comp team
- Running standard reports and saving in the shared drive
- Preparing presentations for project related activities (new incentive plans, changes to processes, job aids for year-end, etc.)
- Other activities as assigned.
- Must be well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in ADP and JDXpert, preferred but not a requirement.
