Position: Communications Coordinator
Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team and help enhance our internal and external communications strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication campaigns and tactics that align with our organization’s goals and objectives
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote organizational goals.
- Create, edit, and disseminate a variety of communication materials including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
- Coordinate and manage internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across all departments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and outreach activities to engage stakeholders and the community.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
- Maintain and update the organization's website and social media platforms to ensure relevant and timely content.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a communication role or similar position.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain positive relationships.
