Salary: $19 to $26 per hour
Job Description We are is seeking a Communications Representative to manage internal and external communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging across various channels. This role involves coordinating company communications, drafting materials, and assisting with public relations efforts. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, and reports.
- Assist in developing and maintaining company messaging and branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Handle customer and client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Assist in organizing company events, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Maintain records of communication activities and analyze their effectiveness.
- Support crisis communication efforts and reputation management.
Qualities We're Looking For:
- achelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
