Position: Communications Representative
Description: We are is seeking a Communications Representative to manage internal and external communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across various platforms. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and distribute company communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure messaging aligns with company objectives.
- Handle inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Maintain company documentation and update communication materials as needed.
- Support event coordination and corporate meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, English, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a communications or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
