Position: Data Entry Clerk
Description: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position is pivotal in ensuring our data management operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting a variety of information into our databases, maintaining the integrity of our records, and providing vital support to other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems
- Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry
- Compile and organize data for reporting purposes
- Assist in maintaining databases by performing regular checks and updates
- Respond to internal requests for information and data inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company data entry standards and policies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
