Salary: $19 to $26 per hour

We are seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist who is eager to learn and contribute to our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Help manage event budgets and track expenditures
- Support marketing efforts through social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are in place
- Attend events to assist with onsite operations and guest services
Qualities We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software
