We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility's infrastructure, ensuring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of all building systems. This role will involve hands-on work to resolve maintenance issues, prevent breakdowns, and enhance the overall appearance and operational efficiency of the building.

This role will be located in Grand Forks, ND but must be able to travel to our other facilities throughout the United States.

Job Duties

• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on building systems.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operational, addressing any issues promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment required for maintenance work.
• Assist with emergency repairs as needed and be on-call for urgent issues.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Document maintenance activities and report on the condition of facilities.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the building is operating efficiently.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping and parking lot maintenance.
