As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Operations team to support various activities that help streamline our processes and improve the efficiency of our business operations. This is a great opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of operations management while contributing to real-world projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks and activities.
- Complete project management forms and schedule meetings for new projects and existing projects
- Help implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., engineering, production, program management) to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
- Participate in project planning and execution, supporting the development of operational strategies.
- Work with ISO 9001 process owners on process changes and flowcharts
- Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.
