Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content creation, and social media management. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Develop and schedule weekly and monthly specials for our dealership.
• Create engaging copy for promotions, blog posts, and website updates.
• Collaborate with the team on advertising strategies, including print advertising and online promotions.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google My Business, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and engage with posts that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.✅ Strong writing skills with an ability to craft engaging social media captions, email copy, and blog content.✅ Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).✅ Experience running Google My Business and responding to online reviews.✅ Basic knowledge of email marketing and SMS marketing tools.✅ Familiarity with SEO principles (a plus).✅ Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.✅ Passion for the automotive industry (a bonus, but not required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
