We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing Agile teams in a fast-paced FinTech environment. This hybrid role blends the servant leadership of a Scrum Master, the strategic insight of a Product Owner, and the transformative capabilities of an Agile Coach. The ideal candidate will also have strong skills in Azure DevOps (ADO) reporting to ensure transparency and data-driven decisions across product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master Duties:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Empower teams to self-organize and deliver high-quality financial software products.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to financial products.
Agile Coach Duties:
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and Agile mindset.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct Agile maturity assessments and drive tailored coaching plans to accelerate team growth.
Product Ownership Support:
- Collaborate with FinTech stakeholders, compliance teams, and developers to refine product vision and delivery roadmap.
- Assist in backlog refinement, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business value.
- Use a data-driven approach to influence product decisions and tradeoffs, especially in time-sensitive financial releases.
Azure DevOps (ADO) Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed dashboards and reports in Azure DevOps to track progress, quality metrics, and team velocity.
- Provide regular reporting to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership and compliance teams.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement using ADO data and analytics.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or hybrid Agile role.
- FinTech or financial services experience highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience with Azure DevOps: queries, boards, dashboards, and reporting.
- Familiarity with financial product lifecycles, regulatory timelines, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with developers, analysts, compliance, and executive leadership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe Agilist, ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ACC), or equivalent Agile coaching certification.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar.
