What You’ll Do:
As our Technical Product Manager - Infrastructure, you’ll take the reins on end-to-end delivery of high-impact data center and cloud projects. Your role will include:
- Driving the planning, scoping, scheduling, and execution of complex infrastructure initiatives.
- Defining project objectives, milestones, and success metrics that align with business priorities.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure flawless execution.
- Identifying and mitigating risks while proactively solving roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Collaborating across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate technical needs into actionable plans.
- Delivering regular updates on progress, performance, and results to senior leadership.
- Staying ahead of trends in data center and cloud infrastructure to drive innovation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience That Counts:
- 5 years as a Technical Product Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager leading infrastructure projects in data centers and cloud environments.
- Proven track record in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of data center technologies, cloud platforms (Azure), and core infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking).
- Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
- Certifications & Bonus Skills:
- PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications are a major plus.
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards related to data centers/cloud infrastructure is a bonus.
- Work Ethic & Flexibility:
- Hybrid role with 3 days in our McKinney, TX office and 2 days remote.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Pay: $142,381.00 - $166,187.00 per year
