About the Role:
We are looking for people that have experience in designing and selling semi-custom cabinetry. Our factory in Florida manufactures and ships cabinetry throughout the United States. You can earn over $100,000 with our base wage and commission program. Qualified candidates will have experience designing and selling in the kitchen and bath industry. Compensation for these roles would be base, plus commission.

· Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Experience: Three (3 ) years of experience in cabinet design and sales, preferably in semi-custom cabinets. Five (3 ) years of experience in 20/20 design software. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel, with strong general computer skills. Cabinetry experience is also helpful.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email about their kitchen design goals.
- Develop a design plan that meets customers required specification, budget, and timeline for each project.
- Upsell additional features that may be useful to the customer.
- Maintain customer records of activities and correspondence.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure project remains on budget.
- Provide technical assistance when necessary.
- Work with other designers on projects as needed or requested by lead to ensure quality work is completed within time constraints.
- Provide innovative ideas and concepts to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with the customers.
- Inform customers of any changes in the designs.
- Stay updated on the latest kitchen design trends.
- Creating a Safety Culture: Everyone plays a role in fostering a strong safety culture within the facility. This involves promoting/adhering to safety as a core value, openly communicating about safety concerns, and safety initiatives. By creating a culture where safety is a top priority, we encourage proactive safety behaviors and reduce the likelihood of accidents or incidents.
Compensation: Base Commission
(Base Hourly $18-$25 commission = potential for total compensation = $37,440 to $100K per year)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day/Mid Shift (Design Hours: 9am-6pm)
