As a Dental Hygienist you are a critical member of our dental team. You’ll work closely with our doctors and staff to deliver outstanding patient care and create a top-tier experience. Your role will involve greeting patients with a warm smile, helping them feel comfortable and prepared for their dental exams. You’ll also educate patients on the importance of oral health and provide personalized care instructions to ensure lasting, healthy habits. Additionally, you’ll perform general and periodontal cleanings, conduct screenings, and offer expert recommendations for treatment, all while making a positive impact on each patient's overall well-being

Responsibilities
- Collaborate for Exceptional Care: Partner with our talented doctors and team to provide exceptional care and ensure every patient enjoys a top-tier experience from start to finish.
- Warm Welcome: Greet patients with a friendly smile and make them feel at ease as you prepare them for their dental exams.
- Oral Health Education: Share your knowledge by educating patients on the importance of oral health and providing personalized care instructions to keep their smiles healthy and bright.
- Perform Cleanings and Screenings: Deliver high-quality general and periodontal cleanings, conduct thorough screenings, and offer thoughtful treatment recommendations to support each patient's dental health journey.
Qualifications
- Active RDH Licensure (New grads welcome!): Bring your skills and fresh perspective to the team, whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting your career.
- A passion for patient care with a service-oriented, positive attitude that helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient.
- The ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, all while keeping a calm and friendly demeanor.
- Current CPR certification (AHA preferred, BLS with AED): Ensure the safety of our patients and team with up-to-date CPR training.
Salary : $130,000
