We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst with a strong focus on cash flow management, treasury operations, and financial forecasting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing data-driven financial insights, optimizing liquidity, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance the company's financial health.

Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and analyze cash flow, ensuring liquidity and operational efficiency.
✅ Develop and maintain financial forecasting models, focusing on revenue, expenses, and cash management.
✅ Provide budgeting and financial planning support, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
✅ Perform variance analysis, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
✅ Assist in treasury management, including optimizing working capital, fund allocations, and banking relationships.
✅ Collaborate with different departments to improve financial reporting and performance tracking.
✅ Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting and analysis.
✅ Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
✅ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and controls.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
✅ Proven experience in FP&A, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
✅ Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
✅ Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
✅ Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
✅ Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
