We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to support our HR operations, focusing on talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and HR process optimization. Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
✅ Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
✅ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance with labor laws.
✅ Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
✅ Conduct HR reporting and analysis, tracking key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and engagement.
✅ Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and workplace best practices.
✅ Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
✅ Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
✅ Collaborate with management on performance evaluation processes and training programs.
✅ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
✅ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
✅ Experience in HR analytics and reporting is a plus.
