Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Operations Assistant to support our Environmental Engineering Team. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to be part of a team and who is not afraid of a challenge. This role involves collaborating with members of the Engineering Team, outside contractors, clients, and regulatory officials.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD is a plus!
- Experience the complete Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Microsoft Access.

- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project scheduling and coordination.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication related to all aspects of projects.
- Maintain organized documentation and records related to project development, proposal/contract development, submittal of documentation to clients and regulatory agencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.80 - $22.64 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
