Motorman Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Motorman to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing workover rigs and related oilfield equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Motorman Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on oilfield equipment
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Work closely with field teams to maintain equipment performance and reliability
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
• Adhere to all company and industry safety protocols

Motorman Requirements:

• Experience as a mechanic in the oilfield, workover, or drilling industry
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, diesel, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
