Salary : $140- $160k
Bonus : Accelerated quarterly incentive plan
Schedule : M-F
Experience : High performing executive leader with a track record of driving sales, furthering strong community relationship both with residents and the larger population, and cultivates a positive culture. Sets the tone leading by example and who is a visible member of the community.
Required : RCFE
Required : 3 years Executive Director / Administrator experience in Independent Living / Assisted Living / Memory Care
Required : Strong Sales or Business Development background
