- First Time Travelers Welcomed; 2 Years ER experience required.BLS, ACLS, PALS required.Special Procedures / Unit Details : 11 rooms with 18 hallway beds that can be utilized for high censusRatios should be 1 : 4-5 although can go higher if low staffing and high censusTriage is assigned and rotates, sometimes charge nurse has to function as triage
