Monday-Friday, 8 hour varied shifts. Weekend call 0700-1800, every 3-4 weeks.80-mile out Local Types of procedures required. Physical therapy evaluation and treatment; outpatient, inpatient, home care and PTA supervision (NO LTC)Equipment utilized in the unit / dept. EPIC Computer Charting; Ultrasound, Estim,Tractium IontoRequired skills and minimum years of experience.Ortho and Rehab Skills, 1 years experienceSpecific licensures and certifications / registrations required. BLS, MN PT License, MN Background StudyFloating to other units / departments. Only Therapy, but may float to other locations
