Job Description
Front Desk – Healthcare Agency
Position: Full-Time
Locations: Hauppauge, NY 11788 (Suffolk County).
Start Date: Immediately
Front desk (Bilingual - Spanish)
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. Also, must be able to assert effective communication skills to effectively relay information between and throughout departments.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Answering and transferring phone calls.
- Taking messages and meeting minutes.
- Maintain track of client files and folders.
- Assist with communicating with clients, insurance companies, doctors, and nurses.
- Scheduling appointments/meetings.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Roles and responsibility may change due to company expansion and performance.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Google sheets/ docs, MS
Experience:
Must have 1 years experience as a Front desk Preferably in a Home Care Setting or Healthcare Setting.
