The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end experience across Ideal Image’s digital ecosystem, including our website, mobile app, and beyond, in a fast-moving, agile-like environment filled with ambiguity. You will be tasked with crafting a seamless customer experience, driving integrated solutions from a Salesforce backend to a polished front-end. You’ll manage offshore teams, cut through complexity, and leverage advanced Figma, Jira, and Confluence skills to keep projects on track. Leverage your expertise in Salesforce and web development to bridge business and tech, delivering a seamless platform that enhances the client experience, even in complex and evolving processes.

Responsibilities
- Own the Front-End: Build a slick, seamless customer experience across our digital touchpoints—website, app, and beyond.
- Connect Back to Front: Leverage Salesforce as the backbone to drive integrated, end-to-end solutions, from CRM and bookings to data flows powering the front-end.
- Cut Through Ambiguity: Thrive in a dynamic, pre-agile-transformation environment where priorities shift and clarity’s a luxury—bring order and direction.
- Work Offshore: Collaborate with distributed, offshore teams across time zones, keeping them aligned on goals to ensure smooth delivery.
- Tool Up: Prototype fast in Figma, manage workflows in Jira, and document in Confluence-keeping everyone in sync.
- Tech It Up: Use web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to partner with engineers and Salesforce know-how to glue it all together.
- Drive Results: Turn vague business needs into concrete product wins, syncing with Marketing and Operations to boost client satisfaction and efficiency.
- Iterate Relentlessly: Ship, tweak, and repeat based on data and feedback in a fast, flexible rhythm.
- Hands-On Grit: Diving into details, fixing problems, and pushing through uncertainty while maintaining a big-picture mindset to drive results.
- Tool Mastery: Advanced skills in Figma, Jira, and Confluence, expertise in Salesforce configuration, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Uncertainty Champ: Comfortable in fast-changing, pre-agile environments—bonus points for experience leading transformation efforts.
- Customer Focus: Obsessed with making complex systems feel simple and seamless for users.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/certifications
- 5 years in product management, with a knack for owning front-end digital products from start to finish.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue to work closely with engineers and ensure technical feasibility.
- Advanced skills in Figma (prototyping), Jira (sprint trade), and Confluence (alignment/documentation)
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, configuring CRM, integrating systems, and driving front-end functionality from the backend
- Experience in service-based industries or platforms with heavy CRM integration preferred; familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
- Proven availability to deliver impactful presentations that engage stakeholders to secure support for initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
