Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
In this role, you will work closely with IDEAL's manufacturing engineering and production teams.
This includes :
Assist in optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Analyze workflows, resolve technical issues, and implement improvements to support manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and read data to provide insights
- Participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Reverse engineer and develop mechanical components
- Assist in manufacturing DOEs and continuous improvement activities
- Perform functional testing
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :
The expected hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
