Job Description

Ideal is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Route Relief to service and help grow a local route. The Route Relief supports the Service Department in its objectives to meet our customers’ needs through up-selling / cross-selling and providing superior customer service. Main duties are to cover routes and perform service-related tasks as required. Route Relief have the potential to move up into a commissioned Route Service Representative position when open.

What you’ll be doing :

Provide route coverage for the Route Service Representatives.

Provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction on your assigned route.

Service a route, delivering to multiple customers per day - ranging from small businesses to major corporate locations.

Create opportunities to upsell and grow existing customer base, resulting in increased sales and route growth.

This role is physical, dynamic, and consists of being indoors / outdoors.
